This is a little absurd. By all accounts (including Taylor's lawyer/unofficial family spokesperson) the ambulance got there almost immediately.
Rampage needs to be taught some basic human anatomy about arteries
The femoral artery is a bitch, isn't it? Yeah a gunshot wound there could very well kill someone within minutes. But seriously, I don't exactly expect his wife to be able to improvise a tourniquet (nor do I know whether the gunshot wound was low enough to even do so), but for some leg gunshots that's the only way to stop death before a surgeon gets in there.
But I still blame white people for social ills. It's fun.
