Music: Stream Big Boi's New Album Free!
TV: 'Louie' Premieres Tonight on FX
You already know Louie C.K. is a brilliant stand-up comedian, right? Right. Just do a YouTube search if you need further proof.
Well his new semi-autobiographical original comedy premieres tonight at 11e/10c on FX, and I have high hopes for the show.
Louie was on O&A last week talking about how great FX has been about letting him have complete creative control. And you don't need me to tell you how great FX is about not over-censoring. The show will feature a bunch of big (and some not-so-big) names in comedy and improvisation was encouraged.
Check out this interview with him about his career and the new show.

Travis Porter is not one dude. Travis Porter is a 3-man rap group.
Now that we have that cleared up, I wanna say that I'm really getting into Travis Porter. Like the majority of Dirty South rappers, they're not especially talented lyrically, but what they lack in lyricism they make up for in enthusiasm.
Their sing-songy delivery is pretty commonplace in the current rap world, but for some reason these guys stand out to me.
I'm really feeling this R&B song by Bryan J (your guess is as good as mine) featuring the fellas. It's cutesy and kiddy, but damned catchy.

Video/Sports: Wally Backman Gets Ejected and F*cking Loses His Sh*t
Wally Backman used to play for the Mets. Now he's the coach of the South Georgia Peanuts, which has no affiliation with Major or Minor League Baseball. Here, he just so happens to be miked up when he has one of the greatest post-ejection meltdowns a coach has ever had.
Sure, it is most likely just some fun viral marketing for this unknown baseball team, and possibly for the obscure site that's hosting the video, but I'll be damned if it ain't entertaining.
The quotable one-liners in this gem are enough to keep your dumb parrot buddies inanely going back-and-forth for an entire boozy 4-day weekend, but the standout is obviously his line to Doc.

Well, yes, inevitable — but not any less appreciated: While it's unfortunate that dudes rapping over the phone from jail is an actual hip-hop tradition, it's still dependably unintentionally funny-slash-respectfully intense when it does happen. Here we have a clip from Drake's Ustream session, during which someone got Weezy on the horn to drop a verse over Drake's Jay-Z collaboration, "Light Up." Earlier this week, Drake told the story behind the session to Fuse: "[Wayne] had heard the song I did with Jay-Z on the radio, and Mack, the CEO of Young Money, he was joking with Wayne, like, 'You couldn't even hang with them on that song, even if you were here.' And he was like, 'What?! All right, tomorrow. Just be ready to record you when I call.'" Aw, you guys, he wants to be included! Drake also called the verse "one of the most incredible Lil Wayne verses I've ever heard," and while we wish we could concur, the audio quality is a little too rough here to catch all the clever things Weezy is surely saying. You can clearly hear him comparing himself to Nelson Mandela and Alexander Graham Bell, though. Also great: "Feeling like Elvis, 'Jailhouse Rock'/I’m not Tupac, I’m the new 'Pac/behind bars but the bars don't stop/recording over the phone, I hope the call don't drop." Keep it coming!
