Last night I watched the premiere of Eastbound and Down on HBO and it was hilarious. It stars Danny McBride, who you'll recognize from Tropic Thunder and The Heartbreak Kid and who, in my opinion, stole the show in Pineapple Express.
Danny plays an obnoxious, foul-mouthed, washed-up baseball player who's lack of money forces him to take up teaching.
It comes on HBO Sunday nights at 10:30pm/9:30c. I highly recommend it. An encore airs tonight at 9pm/8c or you can just watch it whenever On Demand.
