Video/WTF!?: Man Destroys Half of a Small Town with Homemade Tank

This happened over five years ago (June 4th, 2004) and yet I had never seen or heard of it. A dude in the small town of Granby, Colorado, upset over a zoning dispute, used his homemade tank, the Kill Dozer, to destroy the town hall, the public library, a bank, a concrete batch plant and the house owned by the town's former mayor.
